Jogging is a great way to keep in shape and is becoming more popular every summer. At camp, we jog around our scenic campus and/or our amazing composition track. It's a fun way to get some great exercise, and lots of our older kids jog to get ready for fall sports at school. Some campers are serious runners and sign up for jogging every day!
