At Campus Kids yoga has dramatically increased in popularity. The yoga activity takes place in our air conditioned studio right next to the fitness center. Our counselor instructors help the campers learn all the basic poses and routines. Yoga activities focus on a variety of skills and outcomes including: increased flexibility, strength building, relaxation and meditation.
Campers who sign up for yoga regularly will learn the beyond the basics and many continue with yoga after camp.
